One Balmoral Avenue

The Project

At a time when the real estate industry was in deep recession in the early 1990s, Diamante boldly moved forward with this 133 -unit condominium and townhouse project that transformed Toronto’s Yonge St. south of St. Clair Ave. An elegant building in a French Beaux Arts style, One Balmoral raised the bar for the condominium industry, with its style and the care lavished on suite design. Built of the highest quality precast, it looks as fresh as the day it opened. This was an excellent example of Main Streets Architecture and Land Use Planning with retail at grade, a through glass lobby, terraced transition to the residential neighbourhood and a rear garden enjoyed by the residents.

This project was taken from land purchase to re-zoning, marketing and sales, financing, construction to after sales service and selecting property management.
